K For Kudos On CCCBCA NorCal Player/Pitcher Of The Week #11

Hartnell College freshman catcher Kaden Raymond and Modesto sophomore righthander Kannon Sharpe have been named the CCCBCA NorCal Player and Pitcher of the Week #11 (3/30-4/5).

Raymond, a 6-foot-1 slugger from San Clemente High, flashed his power by blasting three home runs out of his five hits. The Panther batted .385 on the week with six RBI, 14 total bases, and a 1.077 slugging percentage against Ohlone. His impressive freshman season continues as he now has a slash line of .325/.459/.584.
 
The 6-0 Sharpe, from Enochs High in Modesto, took complete control in his start against Sierra on Friday. Sharpe was more than sharp in a complete game, 3-hitter, allowing only one run, two walks while striking out four in the rubber match against the Wolverines to help the Pirates earn the series victory.
